What is a risk assessment?
The Law states that every employer has a duty of care to their employees. You must assess the risks.
Risk assessment helps you protect your workers and your business, as well as comply with the law. It helps you focus on the risks that really matter - the ones with the potential to cause real harm.
What about volunteers - there is still a duty of care to voluteers - have you assessed the risks of those that volunteer to work in the church.
