Accidents and Accident reporting

Churches - exempt from the law??

With all the correct systems in place, accidents may still happen in your Church.

An accident is never planned - but is an uncontrolled/inplanned event resulting in injury to persons or damage to property.

Churches, as other organisations, must keep accident records. Some injuries must be reported - do you know which ones?

What about a near miss / how do you investigate a near miss or an accident?
